Goat Island Spruce Up

The Sunday before Caddoween, we go out and clean up the Goat Island Camping area. We mow and weed eat to make finding campsites a little easier and mow a pathway around the area so that the kids are not tripping at night while trick or treating. We also clean out the fire pits and mark the landing areas so they can be seen from the water.

For coming out and helping, you can also reserve the camp spot of your choice ahead of time and we will mark it so its available when you arrive the following weekend.

Alfred and I are bringing mowers, so bring shovels and rakes, maybe a machete or some pruners. We will meet on the boat ramp at 10 am.
